Job Description

Kirkland Associates are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to join our client on a full time permanent basis. Our client is a world leader in their sector and are looking for candidates to join them in their new office in Castle Donington. This would be an excellent opportunity for someone to join an ambitious, dynamic fast paced team. Candidates should idally be able to start a new role in January.

Hours- Monday – Friday 8.30am-5pm

25 days holiday + bank holidays

Recruitment Administrator- The Role:

  • Review CVs and shortlist candidates for review
  • Chase candidates to complete their online application
  • Invite candidates to interview selection days
  • Supporting with online and offline attraction methods
  • Assist with arranging interview venues as required
  • Input candidates in the designated candidate management system, ensuring efficient deployment of employees to vacancies
  • Review candidate documentation and process through the Screening process
  • Support candidates with the completion of required onboarding task
  • Support the resourcing team with closing vacancies and assisting with talent pool management.
  • Handle and respond to all resourcing mailboxes and ensure candidates get a suitable response
