Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator for our Castle Donington based client. You will join a friendly team, completing a range of administration duties to ensure the smooth running of their projects.

Project Coordinator - The Role:

  • Liaising with clients to ensure their needs are met and assisting with any queries or issues they may have
  • Typing letters, emails and assisting in preparing presentations
  • Filing of all paperwork generated and job files
  • Assistance in answering in-coming telephone calls
  • Preparing and obtaining detailed quotations
  • Placing purchase orders
  • Setting up projects on the system and monitoring the project sheets
  • Invoicing and ensuring they match against the purchase order, querying any that don't
  • Arranging couriers and deliveries
  • Processing expenses and mileage claims
  • Using Outlook to arrange meetings and other agendas
  • Arranging appointments, travel and accommodation
  • Attending meetings and recording minutes
  • Compiling files and preparing risk assessments

Project Coordinator - The Candidate:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Confident on Microsoft Office
  • Able to work to deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
