Customer Service Administrator – The Vacancy
Dealing with Customer queries via telephone and email
Handle customer complaints
Work closely with accounts department to resolve any accounts queries
Updating inhouse database
General support to ensure smooth running of the office

Must have a positive and can do attitude towards work
Have a flexible approach to work and willing to learn
Good communication skills must be confident speaking to customers
have good organisational and IT skills and a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
