Our Castle Donington based client are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to assist with one of their accounts, working closely with the account manager. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to get into an office based role and wanting to progress their career. Our client do not need someone with previous admin experience and will consider applicants from different industries such as retail and hospitality as training will be given. 8:30am-5pm Monday - Friday
Salary £16,000 - £18,000 dependant on experience.
Customer Service Administrator – The Vacancy
- Working closely with the account manager
- Speaking to customers and handling any complaints
- Dealing with returns
- Uploading images onto website
- Running reports/ data entry
- General support to ensure smooth running of the office

- Must have a positive and can do attitude towards work
- Have a flexible approach to work and willing to learn
- Good communication skills must be confident speaking to customers
- have good organisational and IT skills and a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
