Job Description

Our client are seeking an Admin/ Customer Service Assistant to join their friendly team in a modern office environment based in Castle Donington. This is an excellent opportunity to join an exciting and expanding company who can offer a great working environment and long term career. You will be responsible for accurately completing a variety of administration tasks across this busy department as well as liaising with customers. Office experience is preferred but not essential, however you must be keen to learn and have a great work ethic.

Please note this role will be working from the office on a full time basis. Our client is ideally looking for someone to start in the next couple of weeks.

Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm.

Admin/ Customer Service Assistant – The Role:

  • Inputting orders
  • Printing delivery notes
  • Booking in deliveries and liaising with couriers
  • Speaking to customers via email and over the phone
  • Dealing with complaints
  • Data entry

Admin/ Customer Service Assistant – The Candidate:

  • A good work ethic
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to pay good attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service - prepared to go the extra mile
  • Good time keeping
  • A can do attitude to work
  • Experience with Microsoft programs
