My client are a rapidly growing business based near Castle Donington. They are seeking an Administrator to join their team permanently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a busy inbox effectively
  • Action all new insurance claims through company process and update records
  • Update claims master spreadsheet with all new Insurer claims
  • Liaise with Engineers and Claims handlers to ensure customers are dealt with appropriately. 
  • Monitor the progress of all claims
  • Arranging appointments
  • Completing reports
  • Answer incoming phone calls to the office
  • Deal with Field Agent queries
  • Chase outstanding customer spreadsheet links 
  • Chase the Engineers on outstanding spreadsheet
  • General Administrative duties.
The Candidate:
 
  • We are looking for a competent Administrator with excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
  • You must have good accuracy and attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong IT skills are required including god knowledge of Excel. 
  • Candidates must be able to work between 8am-6pm Mon-Fri (shifts of 37.5 hours per week).
