Kirkland Associates are Working in partnership with a leading Castle Donington manufacturing company, we have a very exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a busy and friendly team.  As an expanding business, this role is a key part of that growth plan, our client has an impressive share of their market



Administrator – The Role


  • First point of contact for customers, responsible for dealing with any queries and issues
  • Chase orders and deliveries, find a solution to customers issues
  • Be meticulous in your approach to data entry and order processing
  • Liaise closely with internal departments to ensure the client’s needs are met
  • Pick up product information and be able to discuss these with customers


Administrator – The Candidate


  • Be highly organised with the ability to prioritise a diverse workload
  • Quick learner with the ability to use initiative
  • Be confident and capable to carry out the role with minimal supervision •
  • Be an integral part of a small successful team, who will be able turn your hand to many tasks as and when required
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Strong organisational skills and time management
