Booking in deliveries
Planning daily routes
Speaking to customers with regard to delivery queries
Data entry and keeping the system up to date
General support to ensure smooth running of the office

Must have a positive and can do attitude towards work
Have a flexible approach to work and willing to learn
Good communication skills must be confident speaking to customers
have good organisational and IT skills and a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
