Our client has over 50 years’ experience and are a leading company within the logistics and supply chain sector providing conveyor and warehouse solutions, who can provide a great range of benefits. They currently have a very exciting opportunity for a Conveyer Systems Project Manager to join their ever-expanding team.

You must be able to provide examples of previous work

Conveyor Systems Project Manager- The Role:

  • Provide layout and drawing support to the projects department
  • Provide visits, surveys and supervise installations happening around the UK
  • Supply assessment and implementation plans for installation
  • Finalise project documentation, prepare risk assessments and method statements
  • Ensure adherence to client technical specifications and review if necessary
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers and customers
  • Design and action commission plans
  • Manage after sales support to ensure professional responses
  • Provide engineering layouts for issue to manufacturing

Conveyor Systems Project Manager- The Candidate:

  • Full experience with AutoCAD
  • Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Full driving licence- Essential
  • Work in small team but use initiative to work on their own as well
  • Knowledge of materials handling/production line systems
  • Knowledge of software, controls and pneumatics preferred
  • Extensive automotive Project Management experience needed
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Positive attitude to work
