My client are a leading organisation based in Ashby. As a Project Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to a busy team of Project Managers.
Key tasks will include:
§ Various administration duties
§ Liaising closely with all staff on a day to day basis
§ Research for projects
§ Recording and updating databases
§ Detailed analysis of data
§ Ad-hoc mini projects
§ Review of sampling plans against products
§ Supplier chases on projects
§ Provide cover for reception
§ Answering and re-directing of telephone calls
§ Provide proof-reading and document quality control checks
§ Raising invoices
§ Obtaining purchase order numbers and solving customer invoice queries
Project Assistant – The Candidate:
§ We are looking for a customer focused individual with excellent communication skills.
§ You will be highly organised and time efficient, have a flexible approach to work with a ‘can do’ attitude.
§ The ability to plan and prioritise own work is essential, along with a keen eye for details and the ability to work will under pressure.
§ You must have good IT skills (specifically Excel) and be able to pick up new systems quickly.
