Kirkland Associates are looking to recruit an Administrator for a well-established client based in Ashby. The Role:

  • Opening post and distributing accordingly
  • Checking email enquiries and forwarding to the correct member of staff
  • Assisting with answering the phones and transferring to the right department
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Assisting with the Accounts team
  • Managing diaries and organising travel requirements

The Candidate:

  • Experience in an office based role
  • IT literate
  • Good communication skills, including telephone manner
  • Organised and methodical
  • A good sense of humour
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative
